Download and install Windower from the official website. This is the base program that allows for addons.

Set up Windower to work with HorizonXI by following the server's installation guide.

Use the Windower addon manager or manually install addons by placing them in the appropriate folders.

Type //lua load addonname to load an addon in-game.
